The Rich Content Editor supports keyboard shortcuts for copying and pasting text. When saving a file in the Rich Text Format, the file is processed by an RTF writer that converts the word processor's markup to the RTF language. Right Click on the Content Control to Copy it. To set a content control we need a range of words to insert it on.
